This is the story of how our team at NastoCamp handled a last-minute design change, an urgent branding request, and a cross-city delivery — all within less than 48 hours — ensuring our UK client returned home with a fully customized inflatable tent sample in hand.
The Original Plan
In mid-March, a client from the UK placed an order for a custom inflatable tent sample. The agreed delivery date was March 26, with the client planning to visit our factory in person to inspect the product before returning to the UK.
Production was scheduled accordingly. Materials were prepared, cutting and welding timelines were aligned, and everything was on track.
A Sudden Design Change — Just Two Days Before Delivery
On March 24, just two days before the scheduled completion, the client informed us of a design modification.
At this stage, most manufacturers would request a delay.
But we didn’t.
Instead, our engineering and production teams immediately reassessed the changes, adjusted the workflow, and reorganized internal priorities. Despite the late request, we committed to delivering the updated sample on time — March 26.
And we did.
Factory Visit & A New Challenge
On March 26, the client visited our facility to inspect the inflatable tent. After a detailed review, they were highly satisfied with the build quality, structure, and finishing.
It seemed like the project had reached a successful conclusion.
But that evening, we received another message.
The client had an urgent request: Could we add two additional logos to the tent — and have it delivered to Nanjing the next day?
The situation was critical.
The client had a flight scheduled from Nanjing on March 27. There was no margin for delay.
Overnight Action: From Artwork to Execution
Our response was immediate.
That same night, our team began preparing the logo artwork and screen-printing plates. Coordination between design, printing, and production departments happened in real time.
By the next morning, as soon as work began, the tent was carefully disassembled and sent for logo printing.
Once the logos were applied, the tent was reassembled and passed through a final quality inspection — ensuring that both structural integrity and visual branding met our standards.
Final Delivery
With inspection completed, the tent was securely packed and loaded for immediate transport.
A dedicated vehicle was arranged to deliver the sample directly from our factory to Nanjing.
Everything was timed precisely.
The client received the customized inflatable tent before departure, and boarded their flight back to the UK with full satisfaction.
