Material Testing

• Fabric Hydrostatic Pressure Test: This test assesses the fabric’s ability to withstand water pressure, ensuring that our tents remain waterproof under heavy rain conditions.
• Colorfastness Test: We test for colorfastness to guarantee that the fabric colors do not fade or bleed when exposed to elements like sunlight and moisture.
• High and Low Temperature Test: This ensures that the materials can endure extreme temperatures without losing their structural integrity.
• Water Repellency Test: We check the fabric’s ability to repel water, enhancing the tent’s overall waterproof capability.
• Metal Salt Spray Test (Salt Fog Test): This test evaluates the corrosion resistance of metal components used in our tents, ensuring longevity even in harsh environments.

Sample Testing

In addition to material testing, we conduct thorough evaluations on customer samples to ensure they meet all required specifications. This includes:

• Raining Test: To gauge the waterproof capabilities of the tents, we conduct standardized water column tests. Tents must exhibit a high level of water resistance, ensuring they can withstand heavy rain without leaking.
• Tensile Test: We perform tensile tests to measure the strength and durability of the fabric and seams. This test ensures that the tent can withstand the stresses of use without tearing or fraying.
